It's anolder less attractive location but it's much less busy. SoI will begoing tothis location from now onat the Metro Center area off 32nd Ave and Peoria.
The employees were very nice.00

Timing iseverything! Iwalked inyesterday about ten minutes tofour and Iwas the only client there. The receptionist was awesome and got mechecked inand through paperwork within minutes. The technician was immediately available and xrays were finished within three minutes. Iwas back inmy car by4pm! Best experience ever. Thankyou!

All staff courteous and professional. One suggestion, place awarning onthe back ofthe dressing room door toclose closet toavoid pinching fingers/hand when opened wide. Myhand was hurt and cut because ofthat. Iwill befine. Just afriendly suggestion. Thankyou.

I was worried bya bad and painful experience inTucson. This Phoenix facility was careful, concerned and caring for mydisability. The technician worked diligently toget the x-rays needed without hurting mein the process. Thank you SimonMed.

Terrible scheduling and office staff, they actually called meand scheduled myMRI. When Iarrived Iwas told that they had yet toget insurance approval and Ineeded toreschedule. Iam currently back for the rescheduled appt and they have asign onthe window that they are away and tosit tight. Been sitting here for 25mins and nobody has even come tothe window. TERRIBLE RUN ORGANIZATION!!!

They cancelled myappointment without any reason and didn't notify methen after Ishowed upI had towait 2more hours for them toschedule meand then Iget atext myappointment issoon beready topay atthe desk more concerned about the money they the inconvenience they caused the patient

Had anappointment at4, walkedup…no tech. Ididn't get acall, the front office ladie proceeded totellme, “we don't take appointments for X-rays”. But Ihad anappointment. Tried calling SimonMed only toget cutoff, called again got anoperator. Not happy with their customer service atSimon Med inMetro.

I was awalk inpatient with nowaiting, myx-ray tech was super kind and considerate ofmy condition. Simon Med isthe best place togo for all ofyour x-ray, CAT scan, MRI needs.

I had gone tothe Simon med where Ialways goto when Igot there the receptionist let meknow there was a2and half wait Ijust for anearly Iwasn't going towait that long, the receptionist told methere was another Simon med right down the road from, Ithank her and drove 4miles back togo tothat location, the staff was great and caring and Iappreciate the people you hire atboth locations, thank you somuch
