AftertryingtogetscheduledforaCTabdominalscanformorethan3weeksmyhusbandwasverywellattendedbythetechnician.Hedescribedherserviceasahumaneandkindone.FrontdeskstaffandschedulingAWFUL!!!!!!!!!Whenyoucallschedulingtheygiveyoutheappointmentandassureyouallisinplace.Whenyougettothefacilityohwedon’thavetheclinicalnotes,ortheauthorizationorthisorthatit’spending.Wewerenottheonlyoneswiththesamesituation.Thenwe’llcancelbecauseareceivedfaxwilltake3to6hourstoupdateyourchart.Eventhehealthinsurancecalledandwasonthephoneformorethananhour.Finallyshehadtosendanemailandhadmeonlinemakingsuremyhusbandwouldgetthisproceduredone.Bythewayhefastedtwodaysbecauseofthelackofprofessionalismofyourfacility.OMG,youareinchargeofhumanbeingsnotwildanimals!!!!Doyourjobrightorcloseyourselvesdown.

Theshortofit:Thefacilitywasverygood,andthestaffwashelpful,buttheyneverdeliveredthemtomyPrimaryCarePhysiciandespitepromisingtodoso.(Iwastoldtheywouldbeavailablewithin1-2days,butithasbeen10.)Asthisisnecessaryfortheservicetobevaluable,Iwouldavoidusingthislocationandpotentiallythecompany.Note:Theyalsomakeitnearlyimpossibletocallsomeonetofixthesituation.Whenmydoctorinformedmethatthex-rayshadnotbeenreceived(theissuetheyweretryingtodiagnosewastime-sensitive),Iattemptedtoaccessthemthroughthepatientportal.Thewebsiteinformedmethattheylocatedmyimagesbutwouldnotgivemeaccesstothembecausetheydidnothavemyphonenumberoremailonfile.Theydidnotprovideawaytocorrectthisproblem.Furthermore,theyshouldhavethisinformationasIprovideditatthetimeofservice.Finally,ifyoutryandcalltospeaktosomeoneregardingthisissue,youaresentthroughanautomatedsystemthathasnooptiontotalkdirectlytotheofficewhereyoureceivedservice.Theysendyoutoacallcenterorgiveyouanautomatedmessagetorequestyourrecordsviafax.Ididthis,andtendaysafterserviceandtwodaysafterthefax,Istillhavenotreceivedmyrecords,norhasmyprimarycarephysician.Ihavespent3to4additionalhourstryingtorectifyaproblemthatisanessentialpartofwhatthiscompanyshouldbeabletoprovide.

IwouldliketothankBrendaandTatianafortheirservicetoday.IhadtocomebackasecondtimebecauseIcouldnotgetsomeimagesdonelastweek(duetopersonalreasons).AndBrendaandTatianadideverythingpossibletohelpmegettheimagesdonetoday.Brendawalkedmethroughtheprocedure,sheexplainedeverythingthatwasgoingtohappen,sheshowedmetheequipment,sheevenputmeinthebedandshowedmeeverythingIwasgoingtogothrough.Sheansweredallofmyquestionsandtrulymademefeelshewasthereformeandwasgoingtohelpme.Formeitwasaverystressfulmoment;Icried,andIevenaskedheracoupleoftimestopullmeoutfromthemachine.AndBrendawasverypatient,loving,shetalkedtome,andshetrulygavemethemotivationformetogetmyimagesdone.TheyevenbroughtmewaterandtissuepapersoIcouldwipemytears.Theyhadallthepatienceintheworldandtheyweresowillingtowaitallthetimeneededtogetmyimagesdone.Ialwayssaythatthereareangelswemeetintheway,andtodayIdefinitelymettwoofthem.Forevergratefulforthehealthcareprovidersthattaketheirprofessionveryseriouslyandtheycaresomuchfortheirpatientsthattheygoaboveandbeyondtomakesuretheyarewellandfeeltakencareof.Iwilldefinitelycomebackandgetmoretestshere(ifneeded).Overall,amazingexperiencesincethemomentyouwalkin.Thefrontdeskstaffgreetedmewithasmileintheirfaceandtheprocesstocheckinwasfast.Greatatmosphereandverycleanlocation.Thanksformakingthisstressfulmomentforme,averyeasyone!Youguysareamazing!

Frontdeskwasverydisorganized.Waitedunnecessaryextratime.Notveryhappywiththeinitialregistration.Ifilledoutformsonlinetospeeduptheprocessandistillhavetofilloutthesamepaperwork.Duringthiscovidtimethelobbywasfilled.Iwouldthinktheywouldhavehadasystemlikeotherplacetxtyouwhenitsyourturnwhileyouwaitinyourcar.

Forthemostparttheexperiencewasjustalright.Whenenteringtheladyatdeskwasnotveryfriendly.Beforeyousaidanythingsheaskedforinsurancecards.Madepeoplefeellikejustanumber.Thesecondthingwasthewait.Itwouldbenicetoletyourcustomersknowthattheyarerunningbehind.Also,Ifindittotallyunacceptablethatanhourwaitisparthecourse.IunderstandhavingtostopandgoagaininMRI.However,letyourpatientsknow.Totopitalloffthepublicbathroomhadnosoaptowashhands.Onlywater.Howsanitaryisthat?CrosscontaminationIwouldsay.WiththeseproblemsIwasnotimpressedfromaprofessionalstandard.
